The skillful use of eye shadow can certainly compliment the natural beauty of your eyes, accentuating your iris color and overall eye shape. Eye shadow is meant to highlight and define the eyes. Eye shadow is used to found strength to bring out the beauty of the eyes.
A dark color used on the lid will make the eye seen smaller, while a lighter color will make it appear larger. These are the basic techniques for the following eye shapes. In small eyes don't use too much shadow or eyeliner it will make your beautiful small eyes look smaller.

Liquid liner is applied with a very fine tip brush and requires a very steady hand to create a smooth line.
