Erythema is the
anomalous
redness of the skin induced by dilation of the blood vessels
below
its surface. Erythema may have a lot's of reasons such as sunburn, hot flushes, blushing, or infectious, allergic or other
instigative
conditions of the skin. It may also be a feature of
inescapable
generalised disorders, such as lupus erythematosus and erythema nodusun
Treatment is according to the reason.
