Endometritis - Symptom, Causes, Treatment of Endometritis
Endometritis is the soreness of the endometrium (lining of the rerus),
normally
due to infection. Endometritis is a peculiarity of pelvic inflammatory disease, or may
appear
after childbirth, miscarriage or
produced
abortion
particularly
if fragments of the placenta remain in the uterus.
Endometritis reasones lower abdominal pain, fever, and an
enhanced
vaginal discharge which is
normally
yellow and bad-smelling.
Endometritis is cured with antibiotics and, if
essential
, by removing any
preserved
placental tissue.
