Applying Clown Makeup Tips
There are many step you can follow and applying clown makeup. Apply the orange, yellow, and blue. Mix these colors over and into the white with your fingertip. By using a hair dryer on hot, you can get the make-up to almost a water regularity making it much easier to apply.
